Hello,

Since few months, my gentoo tells me that many ebuilds failed to digest. I tried to wait and emerge --sync later as the Gentoo Documentation says.

What can I do ? Waiting doesn't solve my problem...

Try running md5sum manually to verify that particular ebuild. Here's what I get:
Code:
mercury ~ # md5sum /usr/portage/app-backup/flexbackup/flexbackup-1.2.1-r2.ebuild
bdda5944b764b475105b214abdaca3ec  /usr/portage/app-backup/flexbackup/flexbackup-1.2.1-r2.ebuild
mercury ~ #
Note that I get a value identical to what your emerge output "expected". If you get the right answer there, then the problem is with Portage or Python. Let me know what you get and, while you're at it, please post the output of "emerge --info".

I've a problem :
Code:
gentiboo ~ $ md5sum /usr/portage/app-backup/flexbackup/flexbackup-1.2.1-r2.ebuild
13edc265b358116b93f7b482c2e05ce5  /usr/portage/app-backup/flexbackup/flexbackup-1.2.1-r2.ebuild
gentiboo ~ $

so I ran emerge --sync with this rsync server : rsync://rsync.europ.gentoo.org/gentoo-portage

but I've the same result... :(

Just as an assistance to further troubleshooting, can you send me the /usr/portage/app-backup/flexbackup/flexbackup-1.2.1-r2.ebuild file as an email attachment? I've just sent you a PM with my email address.

Can this cause my problem ?

Okay, the ebuild you sent me is a legitimate and correct copy of the previous version of that file in Gentoo CVS, before 1.2.1-r2 was stabilized on March 12. More to the point, I get the same md5sum that you do (13edc265b358116b93f7b482c2e05ce5), which is an indication that your Portage and toolchain are working correctly.

Thanks for the hint about clock problems and the weird timestamp on that file. Here's what you need to try next: go into the /usr/portage/app-backup/flexbackup directory and delete all files that have strange timestamps and then run "emerge --sync" again. After that, if you don't have problems with emerging flexbackup, we can craft a solution that will hunt through your Portage tree and clean it up.

Let me know how it goes. :)
