Hi,

For the last while, running dmesg produces the following output:

[243666.719324] ehci-pci 0000:00:1d.0: reused qh ffff8800c06a3780 schedule
[243666.719330] usb 2-1.3: link qh64-0001/ffff8800c06a3780 start 4 [1/0 us]
[243666.739340] usb 2-1.3: unlink qh64-0001/ffff8800c06a3780 start 4 [1/0 us]
[243666.783382] ehci-pci 0000:00:1d.0: reused qh ffff8800c06a3780 schedule
[243666.783388] usb 2-1.3: link qh64-0001/ffff8800c06a3780 start 4 [1/0 us]
[243666.803367] usb 2-1.3: unlink qh64-0001/ffff8800c06a3780 start 4 [1/0 us]

repeated over and over and over again. Does anyone have any idea what's causing this, or how to make this stop? It makes getting any *useful* information out of dmesg very difficult, and is probably chewing up my SSD something fierce.

These messages usually only occur when debugging is turned on in the kernel.
Did you turn on some debug options in your kernel?
e.g. CONFIG_DEBUG_KERNEL, CONFIG_USB_DEBUG or somehing like this?

Goodness, somehow i must have accidentally turned both of those on. CONFIG_USB_DEBUG turned out to be the offending option.
Thank you so much!
