Hi all,

I installed cinnamon 3.0 I think it was, works great, looks great just have a few issues.

1) The gap to the left and at the bottom when you click on the menu is annoying can I get rid of it.

2) My bottom panel kind of disappears only show's the clock and menu button this happens after coming back from plasma lock screen ( I have plasma 5 installed as well) and use the Plasma profile for openRC, also happens on a reboot.

3) Themes aren't really applying.

Thanks in advance.

Got it working just great here - can you maybe provide a screenshot of issue #1? Not seeing that here.

#2 - using lightdm and default cinnamon screensaver here, so again, don't see any problems here.

#3 - I've got my themes installed in ~/.themes/ - they all can be managed and changed through the themes dialogue in system settings.

I got the panel fixed by running the Troubleshooter and resetting the settings. Themes however don't apply till I logout and in again, they also don't fully apply to file manager.

My Cinnamon version is 3.0.7.. How do I get rid of the menu gap on the left and bottom?.
