I'm doing my first Gentoo install using the minimal install cd. I have no way to connect the box I'm using to the Internet via Ethernet and am forced to use the wifi. I have a ralink rt3090 wireless device, which requires the rt2800pci kernel module. That module doesn't seem to exist on this cd. Can anyone assist?

Welcome to the forums!
Google is great help and faster than asking questions.

Oh, I did Google search. Didn't find much useful, except that wireless support is kinda iffy on the mimimal install CD... it was at that point that I posted. I eventualy ust said to hell with it and got the system rescue CD, which recognized my wifi at boot. So I'm proceeding on my first Gentoo install; working on compiling the kernel right now.
