When I boot using SystemRescueCd, my system recognizes my touchpad model. And when I but directly from my kernel (genkernel) my system don't recognizes my touchpad.

These are the screenshots of my xfce's touchpad configuration:

I suppose you must include the correct device to INPUT_DEVICE in make.conf and then reemerge xorg-drivers; see the file $PORTDIR/profiles/desc/input_devices.desc for the available devices. Perhaps synaptics or mutouch?
