I am trying to install the sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-3.18.5package but there 's a error saying that it can't install
sys-fs/static-dev-0.1 because:
"We have detected that you currently use udev or devfs or devtmpfs
* and this ebuild cannot install to the same mount-point.
* ERROR: sys-fs/static-dev-0.1::gentoo failed (preinst phase):
* Cannot install on udev/devfs tmpfs."

Code:
 emerge -a gentoo-sources

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Calculating dependencies... done!
[ebuild  N     ] sys-fs/static-dev-0.1
[ebuild  N     ] sys-devel/bc-1.06.95-r1  USE="readline -libedit -static"
[ebuild  N     ] sys-kernel/gentoo-sources-3.18.5  USE="-build -deblob -experimental -symlink"

Would you like to merge these packages? [Yes/No]

Not sure how clean your portage setup is (do you update your box regularly?) but it looks like you don't have any hints of having a package that handles /dev for you. Since it does appear you have udev or something related installed, perhaps running

emerge --oneshot virtual/udev

first may fix your problem.

You may want to try --pretend first, but if this pulls in a whole bunch of packages other than the virtual, then that means your system is fairly out of date and you should update your system first...
