Wait a sec... why are you emerging dev-qt/designer-4.8.6-r1, you should emerge 4.8.5. This is because you used >= and not =
You want to emerge a specific version so you need =, >= means the version specified or newer.

This is where you went wrong, you should only use =, if you use >= other packages need to be newer as well. If you edit this to = you should be fine

Thanks Andrew. I replace = instead >= already. And it fine. Another problem occur again T_T

The screenshot displays only the last bit of the output, I could help you better if you use wgetpaste

emerge wgetpaste
emerge (package you are trying to emerge) | wgetpaste

| is a pipe, it pipes the output of emerge to the input of wgetpaste, which then uploads the output to pastebin, a link should show below.

Sorry Andrew, but I dont know how to use this command emerge (package you are trying to emerge) | wgetpaste. Especially this (package you are trying to emerge)

You are trying to emerge kde, are you not? So that would be something like emerge -a kde-meta | wgetpaste

First run dispatch-conf to update config files, next remove the perl entry from package.mask.
