Trying to build the latest 4.0.5-gentoo gentoo-sources, it seems ZRAM is missing?

Where is the option? I cannot find it under staging drivers nor block devices...

it's an AMD64 host.

It is still listed in the Kconfig file. Perhaps you have not satisfied all the dependencies for that symbol. In v4.0.5:
Code:
config ZRAM
tristate "Compressed RAM block device support"
depends on BLOCK && SYSFS && ZSMALLOC

Thanks!
for some reason genkernel did not enabled ZSMALLOC... i did a:

Code:

genkernel --mdadm --bootloader=grub --install --menuconfig all

and manually enabled it, then ZRAM was available.

thanks!
