Firefox or google chrome, they update rapid.
How I to update it?

You can update them like every other package you installed;
1. update you portage tree:
Code:
# emerge --sync

2. then emerge all the packages to update:
Code:
# emerge -auvDN --with-bdeps y world

Probably you should read this introduction to portage and packages management and learn about other gentoo tools used to perform system maintenance.
The Gentoo Cheat Sheet in our wiki should be a good starting point.
