Edit: This problem has since been solved, now on to a new one a few posts down

I posted here some days ago with a boot-loop problem and have since solved it. Now that I'm actually booting up, I've run into another issue with my install:

Code:
Welcome to GRUB!
error: '/grub/i386-pc/normal.mod' not found.
Entering rescue mode...
grub rescue>

I've googled the issue and I honestly didn't understand most of the issues or the solutions, and the few that I thought I did understand didn't work when I tried them.
My very basic understanding is that the /grub/i386-pc/normal.mod file is obviously not where it's supposed to be, or does not exist.

I'm new to gentoo, and linux in general, so I could really use some help!

Thanks

It looks like a grub configuration problem.
Follow the instructions in the Gentoo Handbook from 2.2 Configuring GRUB2.
Make sure your boot partition is mounted before proceeding.

So I reinstalled GRUB2 and that problem seemed to go away, except now, I have this issues:

This text pops up on the screen now once the system boots up

Code:
minimal bash-like line editing is supported. For the first word, TAB lists possible command completions. Anywhere else TAB lists the possible completions of a device/filename

Googling this issue led to the same issue as before... I have no clue what anyone's talking about in the solutions, and I'm getting nowhere.

Still lost, please send help.

Thanks

Have you got a /boot/grub/grub.cfg config file for GRUB2?
