Execusme for my easy question .I want to dedicate 1000Gigabyte for gentoo installation I need a nice Scheme for my hard disk partitioning

It depends what you want to do with your Gentoo and if you will use BIOS or EFI to boot.

The default install, as per the handbook is fine for most users who need to ask this question :)
If you think you may need to reinstall and attempt to keep your user data, then having /home as its own partition is good.
This is not covered in the handbook.

For yet more flexibility, look at Logical Volume Manager, this allows you to resize your 'partitions' if you outgrow them. Growing is easy if you have unallocated space. Shrinking is harder.

If you are looking at filesystem sizes, make root (/) 60G. Follow the handbook for the rest for your install and leave most of the space unallocated.
You will add this as /home later.

The detail depends on BIOS or EFI and MSDOS or GPT partition tables, so that's not a complete answer for you.
