Hey. I've been fiddling with gentoo all morning, right now I'm using the quick install method:
https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Quick_Installation_Checklist#Mount_partitions

I'm installing on a UEFI system for the first time, and wanted to know what my fstab table should look like assuming I partitioned the exact way stated in the wiki there:

root #gdisk /dev/sda

Create GPT partition table:
Command: o ↵
This option deletes all partitions and creates a new protective MBR.
Proceed? (Y/N): y ↵

Create Partition 1 (/boot):
Command: n ↵
Partition Number: 1 ↵
First sector: ↵
Last sector: +128M ↵
Hex Code: ↵

Create Partition 2 (UEFI):
Command: n ↵
Partition Number: 2 ↵
First sector: ↵
Last sector: +32M ↵
Hex Code: EF02 ↵

Create Partition 3 (swap):
Command: n ↵
Partition Number: 3 ↵
First sector: ↵
Last sector: +1024MB ↵
Hex Code: 8200 ↵

Create Partition 4 (/):
Command: n ↵
Partition Number: 4 ↵
First sector: ↵
Last sector: ↵ (for rest of disk)
Hex Code: ↵

Write Partition Table To Disk:
Command: w ↵
Do you want to proceed? (Y/N): Y ↵

Here's what I've written in my fstab file:

/dev/sda1 /boot ext4 noauto,noatime 1 2
/dev/sda4 / ext4 noatime 0 1
/dev/sda3 none swap sw 0 0
/dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom auto noauto, ro 0 0
/dev/sda2 /boot/efi vfat defaults 0 1

Does that look alright? I wasn't sure if I had to include something for the efi partition at all.

Thank you!

Edit: friend said I should include that according to fdisk -l,

/dev/sda1 - 127M - Linux filesystem
/dev/sda2 - 32M - BIOS boot
/dev/sda3 - 1G - Linux swap
/dev/sda4 - 464.6G - Linux filesystem

Create Partition 2 (UEFI):
Command: n ↵
Partition Number: 2 ↵
First sector: ↵
Last sector: +32M ↵
Hex Code: EF02
If you are planning to boot UEFI using this partition as your EFI System Partition it should be
Create Partition 2 (UEFI):
Command: n ↵
Partition Number: 2 ↵
First sector: ↵
Last sector: +32M ↵
Hex Code: EF00
unless you already have an ESP on some other disk
