Hi,

Last days I have experiencing some random crash of Firefox. Working around, I try to re-emerge Firefox without custom-cflags and custom-optimization use flags, but the emerge failed at compile phase. Here is the output of build log: http://pastebin.com/3LwVtb9d
Code:
...
TimeStamp_posix.o
host_jskwgen.o
libmemory_mozalloc.a
libreplace_malloc.so
host_jskwgen
error: Launching [':', 'crs', 'libmemory_mozalloc.a', 'Unified_cpp_memory_mozalloc0.o'] : [Errno 2] No such file or directory
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/config/expandlibs_exec.py", line 354, in <module>
    exit(main(sys.argv[1:]))
File "/var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/config/expandlibs_exec.py", line 343, in main
    raise e
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

/var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/config/recurse.mk:71: recipe for target 'memory/mozalloc/target' failed
make[3]: *** [memory/mozalloc/target] Error 2
make[3]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
...

The `emerge --info`: http://pastebin.com/MQBTHtCz

And the use flags:
Code:
mey0kilow@NANICO-BUFADOR:[0] ~ $ emerge -pqv '=www-client/firefox-43.0::gentoo'
[ebuild  N    ] www-client/firefox-43.0  USE="bindist dbus egl gmp-autoupdate gstreamer hwaccel jemalloc3 jit minimal -custom-cflags -custom-optimization -debug -gstreamer-0 -gtk3 -hardened (-neon) (-pgo) -pulseaudio (-selinux) -startup-notification -system-cairo -system-icu -system-jpeg -system-libvpx -system-sqlite {-test} -wifi" LINGUAS="pt_BR -af -ar -as -ast -be -bg -bn_BD -bn_IN -br -bs -ca -cs -cy -da -de -el -en_GB -en_ZA -eo -es_AR -es_CL -es_ES -es_MX -et -eu -fa -fi -fr -fy_NL -ga_IE -gd -gl -gu_IN -he -hi_IN -hr -hu -hy_AM -id -is -it -ja -kk -km -kn -ko -lt -lv -mai -mk -ml -mr -nb_NO -nl -nn_NO -or -pa_IN -pl -pt_PT -rm -ro -ru -si -sk -sl -son -sq -sr -sv_SE -ta -te -th -tr -uk -vi -xh -zh_CN -zh_TW"

Then, I tried to emerge the last stable version, and the build failed again: http://pastebin.com/2DinTdRh
Code:
...
tsd.o
util.o
Unified_cpp_editor_libeditor2.o
libdom_battery.a.desc
Unified_cpp_manager_boot_src0.o
libjemalloc.a
error: Launching [':', 'crs', 'libjemalloc.a', 'arena.o', 'atomic.o', 'base.o', 'bitmap.o', 'chunk.o', 'chunk_dss.o', 'chunk_mmap.o', 'ckh.o', 'ctl.o', 'extent.o', 'hash.o', 'huge.o', 'jemalloc.o', 'mb.o', 'mutex.o', 'prof.o', 'quarantine.o', 'rtree.o', 'stats.o', 'tcache.o', 'tsd.o', 'util.o'] : [Errno 2] No such file or directory
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-38.5.0/work/mozilla-esr38/config/expandlibs_exec.py", line 354, in <module>
    exit(main(sys.argv[1:]))
File "/var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-38.5.0/work/mozilla-esr38/config/expandlibs_exec.py", line 343, in main
    raise e
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

make[3]: *** [memory/jemalloc/target] Error 2
make[3]: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
Unified_cpp_widget2.o
...

And here, the build fails at the same point: runing config/expandlibs_exec.py, extracting things for memory libs. The error is about a "no such a file or directory", I think its "libmemory_mozalloc.a" in case of firefox-43.0, witch starts to build instants before the error so, finally, I tried to build with MAKEOPTS="-j1", and I get this last log: http://pastebin.com/7gXp1Y2B
Code:
...
libmemory.a
rm -f libmemory.a libmemory.a.desc
/var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/ff/_virtualenv/bin/python /var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/config/expandlibs_exec.py --extract -- : crs libmemory.a mozmemory_wrap.o replace_malloc.o jemalloc_config.o ../../memory/mozjemalloc/libjemalloc.a
error: Launching [':', 'crs', 'libmemory.a', 'mozmemory_wrap.o', 'replace_malloc.o', 'jemalloc_config.o', '../mozjemalloc/jemalloc.o'] : [Errno 2] No such file or directory
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/config/expandlibs_exec.py", line 354, in <module>
    exit(main(sys.argv[1:]))
File "/var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/config/expandlibs_exec.py", line 343, in main
    raise e
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory
/var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/config/rules.mk:781: recipe for target 'libmemory.a' failed
make[4]: *** [libmemory.a] Error 1
make[4]: Leaving directory '/var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/ff/memory/build'
/var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/config/recurse.mk:71: recipe for target 'memory/build/target' failed
...

Looking into /var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/ff/memory/build, I have:
Code:
mey0kilow@NANICO-BUFADOR:[0] ~ $ sudo ls /var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/ff/memory/build
Makefile  backend.mk  jemalloc_config.o  mozmemory_wrap.o  replace_malloc.o
mey0kilow@NANICO-BUFADOR:[0] ~ $ sudo ls /var/tmp/portage/www-client/firefox-43.0/work/firefox-43.0/ff/memory/mozjemalloc/
Makefile  backend.mk  jemalloc.o  libjemalloc.a.desc

So, I don't know about what file the error is talking about...Is that a problem with the ebuild? Firefox build system? Or my system?
My thanks to any help...
