I run KDE 4.13.3 in a virtual machine (qemu-kvm , qxl with spice).

KDE allways switch after a log out/log in or (vm) system reboot back to xrender.
I allways set it to OpenGL (i can choise between OpenGL 1.2 , 2.0 an 3.0).
OpenGL is for me important because i will use the VSync options to work against tearing.

Code:
glxinfo | grep "OpenGL version"
OpenGL version string: 3.0 Mesa 11.0.6

Anyone can help me please.

Maybe with eselect?
You might want to check out 'mesa' and 'qtgraphicssystem' modules. Eselect alone will print available modules.
Call it as 'eselect <module> list' to print available options, and then 'eselect <module> set <number>' to pick the one you want.
