I am trying to figure out where I select LPC controllers in the Linux kernel menu configuration. I am working on a laptop with an LPC controller with the ID "103c:1444". It is listed as an ISA bridge. Do I need to select anything or will this just work?

At least for Intel LPC, I could enable the option CONFIG_LPC_ICH under device drivers->multifunction device drivers in menuconfig. You could try to check if options you need exist there.
