Hi all,

I recently emerged and installed the x11-base/xorg-drivers (and the closed-source nvidia drivers in the process) with no trouble. Upon rebooting, I got
"Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt"

I've tried reinstalling the driver, but beyond that, help from Google and forums has been fruitless

Here's some logs I obtained from chrooting, if there's anything else that may be helpful, please let me know.
lsmod: pastebin.com/vtaW2aq3
dmesg: pastebin.com/x1t6tQwp
kernel config: pastebin.com/7VSYEJBi

Figured it out,
CONFIG_DRM_LOAD_EDID_FIRMWARE=Y did the trick
