What was the command to check what needs to be restarted after an update?

it depends on what has been updated, if service/daemon, then it should restarted

Sure but I remember a command that would list everything that needed to be restarted due to running on an old set of files (due to an update) but I can't remember the command. Does anyone remember?

I use `lsof -n | fgrep '(deleted)'`
