Hi!
I have physical console monitor :oops:
How to change the color of the login prompt native methods gentoo ?

I'd try setting TERM to some nice, recognized value. Of course after checking what the contents actually is :) echo $TERM is a good starter.
It should usually be set to your terminal, though there are some other values you may try:

vt100
xterm
linux
screen

Perhaps some of those would make system print colours in a format your monitor can understand.
