Hello,

My setup is full disc encryption with Systemd, DM Crypt with LUKS LVM.

Code:

# lsblk
NAME                MAJ:MIN RM   SIZE RO TYPE  MOUNTPOINT
sda                   8:0    0 931.5G  0 disk
├─sda1                8:1    0   512M  0 part  /boot
└─sda2                8:2    0   931G  0 part
  └─root            253:0    0   931G  0 crypt
    ├─gentoovg-swap 253:1    0    12G  0 lvm   [SWAP]
    └─gentoovg-root 253:2    0   919G  0 lvm   /
sr0                  11:0    1  1024M  0 rom

During boot, systemd times out (waits 1:30 mins) so that it "detects" the swap memory or something.

After the system boots, I can normally do a "swapon /dev/mapper/gentoovg-swap" and everything works as expected.
What should I do to solve this boot problem?

Solved it by unmerging genkernel installing genkernel-next!!
It was actually auto-win once I did it.

Thanks to IRC iamben.
