I installed FF and with next X restart it suddenly put an icon on my tint2 taskbar. How FF did it? How can I get rid of it?

There are two ways this could happen. Tint2 might have a standing test that adds icons for well known programs, such as Firefox, when it detects that they are installed. Firefox might have installed a file in a well known location that, when present, causes Tint2 to include the icon. I suggest you start by examining the list of files installed by Firefox using equery files www-client/firefox.

Something like that, but it's much simpler. The default config of tint2 includes launchers for Firefox, Chrome and Chromium:

https://gitlab.com/o9000/tint2/blob/master/themes/tint2rc#L141

That's for the user's convenience, since pretty much every config I've seen has a launcher for the browser. But if the applications do not exist, they are not shown.

To get rid of it, either

1. Remove it manually from your ~/.config/tint2/tint2rc, then run killall -SIGUSR1 tint2, or

2. Start the tint2conf GUI, select the config file, edit, open the Launcher tab, click on Firefox, click on "->" remove, click OK
