Here is my eselect locale list:
Code:
  [1]   C
  [2]   en_US
  [3]   en_US.iso88591
  [4]   en_US.utf8 *
  [5]   POSIX
  [6]   zh_TW
  [7]   zh_TW.big5
  [8]   zh_TW.euctw
  [9]   zh_TW.utf8
  [ ]   (free form)

zh_TW.utf is my language. But if I choose this, some words appear weird in console.
It doesn't matter to use a English desktop environment for me.
But inconvenient things happened when I used Chromium / Chrome, part of words in Traditional Chinese become white square in browser (This means it doesn't decode correctly).
Even if I changed encoding setting in browser, it got more weird.

I guess server side response a page to me depends on my locale info in header.
How does everyone set locale list or other things to do?

Squares instead of characters means you don't have the right fonts. Try installing media-fonts/noto and setting that as the browser's default.

I have installed media-fonts/noto, but I don't know how to set this as default.

I saw https://free.com.tw/change-google-chrome-font-settings-to-noto-sans/
to teach setting Noto Sans T chinese(i.e. what I want) on Google Chrome.

But there is no key word like Noto Sans T chinese in /usr/share/font/noto/* which emerged from media-fonts/noto.

I guess I can find other chinese font package in media-fonts/*, but I do not know how to config it with chrome.

oh yeah~ It's solved!
Thank Ant P.

I emerged another traditional Chinese font package media-fonts/arphicfonts,
then went to chrome settings -> web content -> advance -> customize fonts... -> advanced fonts setting -> choose things from that package.
