When I do this: emerge --info '=sys-devel/llvm-3.7.1-r3::gentoo'
I get this :

Code:
cc1plus: out of memory

You better get rid of /etc/make.conf.

I made a change to the make.conf file and added :'' MAKEOPT=''-js1'' ( to be confirmed once the emerge as finished) at the suggestion of the #gentoo channel

Who suggested -s? The use of -j1 makes sense, but using -s will make your logs quiet. If anyone ever needs to read the logs to help you, -s will make that task harder.

Issue: Resolved

I was missing memory;
Fix: MAKEOPTS=''-j1'' into /etc/portage/make.conf

I also added memory
