Hello,

When I connect my phone and activate USB Tethering before booting it gets Kernel Panic. And that right after NetworkManager loaded. And if I start USB Tethering when it already booted it just freezes.

Probably an upstream kernel bug.
Can you post the oops/panic somewhere so perhaps can tell which module failed?

At least it looks like rndis loaded... still unsure where the fault lies, but you should not be able to oops/panic the kernel with userland apps unless you're fscking with hardware directly, bypassing the kernel protections...
