several days ago, i builded a new pc, msi b350m + ryzen5 1400, then i flash gentoo.img to my usb-driver, then i boot from usb, enter any key, then it's no work, it just reboot.
it's worked with the same usb-driver on my old pc, that is , i can boot gentoo with this usb-driver on my old pc.
then, i try other linux-distros on my new pc, ubuntu17.04 & arch linux work fine, these distros with linux kernel 4.10.x, but gentoo use linux 4.9.16.
so is that problem with gentoo linux kernel? or my mother board eufi setting? help me

Do you know if this is a laptop with usb boot capable booting option? What is the message on the screen right before it reboots, if it is not a linux message but a laptop bios/uefi issue that is always a possibility.

AFAIK Gentoo install CD does not support UEFI. Use something else, SystemRescueCD is a popular choice.
