Hello, I'm having problems installing the system, portage shows a error with dev-lang/python-exec-2.4.4 package and stops in pahse Updating the @world set folowing the Gentoo Handbook. I have tried two times and the same error ocours.

My environment configuration:
Profile: default/linux/amd64/13.0/desktop/gnome/systemd
Sage3: stage3-amd64-20171026.tar.bz2

You have "march=skylake", it should be "-march=skylake", or even better "-march=native". There may be something else wrong, you didn't provide the log with error message.

Thanks friend! Just switched to -march=native and works! :D

Why native is better than skylake? (my cpu is Intel i7 Skylake).

I chose this architecture based on this document:

You are using gcc-5.x.x, I don't think it has skylake option, I believe it was introduced with gcc-6, so you should be using broadwell with gcc-5. With native you do not need to worry, at least with Intel processors gcc gets it right every time.
