When I try to boot my system I get and error:
Code:
INIT:  cannot execute "/sbin/agetty"
INIT: Id "c6" respowing too fast: disabled for 5 minutes"
init no more processes left in this runlevel

I don't even not how to get complete error log as I can not even get into command line. I just took a video when system is booting.
At the beginning I see something like:
Code:
ata4.00 failed command read DMA

Though, I can boot strap the system from a boot-CD
What should I look for? Is the hard drive going?

Additional information:
The system is trying to check force: /dev/sda5 but after few seconds it goes into error mode. The screen scroll too fast to read it even when I recorded as video from the screen.
It gives me some Input/Output error.
Can not start "fsck" etc.

I boot-strap the system from CD and run:
fsck /dev/sda5

got bunch of errors:
Code:
Directories count wrong for group #1567 (1, counted=0).
Fix? yes

Free inodes count wrong for group #1568 (8073, counted=8192).
Fix? yes

Directories count wrong for group #1568 (1, counted=0).
Fix? yes

Free inodes count wrong for group #1569 (8103, counted=8192).
Fix? yes

Directories count wrong for group #1569 (7, counted=0).

Now when try to run it again I get:
Code:
fsck /dev/sda5
Segmentation fault

Is this partition gone?

It looks worst than that ; if the partition is gone, while it's bad, you could restore it with a proper backup.
But your dma and input/output error must come because the disk have serious issues.

If i were you, i would look for disk trouble in the forum, and in the search author i'll put "NeddySeagoon" ; he have explains many times howto check hardware issue from disks (he also have a quote you should read).
ps: don't use "God" in author search zone, i know it's easier to write, but really you must use NeddySeagoon instead of his nickname.
