I have never tried to get bluetooth to work, but I just got a new bluetooth mouse and I'm having no luck setting it up.

MB is Gigabyte x399 Designare

Bluetooth driver is iwlwifi which is loaded.

here is what I'm running into.

the last line gets repeated many more times?

suggestions as to where to go next?

I'm also thinking that I should be prompted to enter a pin but that is not happening? Any ideas?
