Hi there! I'm a new user in gentoo. Before that I'h tried archlinux.

But I don't understand what the error during load from minimal CD.

Quote:
* Mounting local filesystems ...
mount: /usr/portage: mount point does not exist.
* Some local filesystem failed to mount

Please help to understand what is it?

Well, the booting process is looking for some file systems that you are going to create later in the installation process.

Just continue with the Handbook. If any problem arises do not hesitate to look for answers in the community. And welcome to Gentoo.

That looks like a bug in the liveCD. Its safe to ignore.
