(I do not know exactly in which sub-forum I have to write:
Kernel & Hardware, Portage & Programming, Desktop Environments, Network & Security? If it's wrong, I politely ask the moderators to correct it.)

Now this message has also reached my PC:
Code:
Bluetooth: hci0: last event is not cmd complete (0x0f)

Google shows me "About 34,100 results". It applies to all distributions: Ubuntu, Arch, Debian, Fedora, Mint, etc.
But I could not find a solution. Too bad. This message will also be appear with different hardware

Bluetooth works perfectly. With my smartphone I can send and receive files and control the music.

But for about 2 weeks this error message flooded dmesg. This affects all kernels (gentoo and git), all allowed .config options in the Bluetooth stack.
All versions of the firmware, including the latest from the manufacturer. All versions of Pybluez, Bluez-Qt, Bluez.

As I said, all major distributions are affected. But not openSUSE!
Suse is an exception, even in the Suse Forum no message.

To stop this flooding of dmesg, I have removed all debug options in the kernel. Without success.

Does anyone have an idea what else I could do?
Thanks in advance for any hints
Ma

I ended up manually patching the kernel before compiling each version...
