i have elimated the ABI_X86="32 64" from my make.conf , all seems ok , but emerge advice me about some lib32 preserved libs,
when i do an emerge @preserved-rebuild nothing happens and same thing again when i emerge something.

i am thinking about delete them manually, because now the are no used anymore, isen't it?

Doing away with this ABI_X86="32 64" doesn't mean you're not running multilib, nor does it mean you don't need some 32 bit libs.

Edit to add: removing the 32 from ABI_X86 simply removes the "global" 32 bit flag, instead you now may have to put the 32bit flag on individual packages, because you still are running a multilib system.

What does "emerge -pv --with-bdep=y @preserved-rebuild" show

seems theres was a problem with the packages owned by this libs that was freetype harfbuzz libpng glib they not emerge well.

then i changed dev-libs/glib abi_x86_32 and seems problem disapared and packages emerge well for now.

Code:
emerge -p @preserved-rebuild

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:
