Hi,
I ve got a "Ryzen 7 3700X /MSI B450-A Pro" and came across this bug.
This was quite unexpected ...
I had report:
"A connection with this UUID already exists"
Got the same uuid always generated
(Uuid={ffffffff-ffff-4fff-bfff-ffffffffffff})
This gave me problem with kde:
could not create new notes with the note widget
could not add new network connexion (vpn in my case) with Networkmanager

found:
https://forum.manjaro.org/t/network-manager-cannot-add-second-network-connection-vpn-or-lan-uuid-already-exists/96397

https://www.reddit.com/r/kde/comments/cff976/are_keyboard_shortcuts_broken_on_51631/euvol55/

Solution:
upgraded the bios I upraded to AMD ComboPI1.0.0.3abba and issue was solved for me
upgrading to Agesa 1.0.0.3ABB has been reported to work too
