What can I do with it? Thanks in advance.

E: Also this error is showing quite frequently, so I can't install most of packages.

You should also post /var/tmp/portage/sys-boot/grub-2.02-r4/temp/build.log file with wgetpaste

Maybe is too big to paste, in alternative you can use Firefox Send service

It isn't supported by firefox in gentoo's livedvd, so I decided to use mega -- https://mega.nz/#!VaYTRYTZ!jWkjLw_H99GtxIMs6DZJNRz5vJN6WXy5HuM7LWXSiWU

Seems a perl problem, try to run perl-cleaner --all command

You probably need to do a perl-cleaner --all or alternatively try to
Code:
emerge -va1 dev-perl/Locale-gettext

You used perl-cleaner --all or emerge -va1 dev-perl/Locale-gettext command? The error is the exact same?

Did perl-cleaner or the emerge -va1 dev-perl/Locale-gettext complete succesfully?

Do you have gettext.pm
Code:
find / -name gettext.pm
?

And where's gettext.pm compared to the expected locations (@INC)?

And you're sure the error is the same?

Could you post new build.log?
Code:
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.30.1/x86_64-linux
is in your @INC
