Hi, I have problem connecting Samsung C460 over USB. CUPS sees printer over net but not over USB.
In kernel USB is disabled, in CUPS USB is enabled.

yes usb and cups are enabled.

Cups detected printer once (after many tries), so I installed over USB, but then it stopped working so I had to revert to "over net" solution and cups never detected printer over usb since that :-/

I have exactly the same problem on another PC and another printer - Epson BX535WD
Both are new gentoo installations with self compiled kernels

Scanner of that printers work fine - over USB.
There must be something basic I'm missing...
