I was googling around, trying to find a 802.11g capable card/USB-adapter for a Powerbook G4 (new 1.5ghz model, will be arriving soon, I hope).
Are there any which are supported in Linux today, or do I have to settle with a 802.11b-card?
Does anyone know where to find more info about this, or even better, does anyone of you know a specific card known to work?

I use a Netgear WG511 Cardbus card with my 1.25GHz Aluminium PowerBook using the prism54 driver. It works great! The look matches the PowerBook perfectly too.

The prism54 driver works with several different pcmcia cards (listed on the site), but the driver is still in development and installing it wasn't the easiest thing. You have to patch your kernel and use hotplug to load firmware onto the card. The readme at the prism54 website does a good job explaining what you have to do, but if you have problems I would be happy to go into more detail about how I got it to work.

Now, if only broadcom would release fscking linux drivers for the builtin airport :-(
