|From time to time (days if not weeks apart) I get hard system freezes on my Tibook (rev III, 667MHz and Radeon M7). Hard freezes meaning that everything is dead including the console and the SSH server. For obvious reasons nothing appears in the logs, and no kernel oops pop up either (maybe they do not get a chance...).
I could not relate the freezes to any processing in particular, there could be a relation with system load but the thing happens so rarely that I forget to look for things like this.
I am not sure, but this seems to have began since the kernel upgrade to 2.6.6 (from kernel.org). The lil' Tibook of mine has been rock solid before.
Does anybody have anything including (but hopefully not limited to) wild guesses about what may cause something like this?
Thanks in advance.
