I've got a 120GB firewire drive with several partitions. I formatted part of it under OSX so I could install OSX and OS9 on it, but most of it, I split for different things in linux. It shows up as /dev/sda (if it's the first scsi I put in). The problem is, /dev/sd* only goes up to sd15. When I mac-fdisk /dev/sda, and print the partition map, I get 22 partitions.

Am I trying to do the impossible? (limit on scsi partitions?) or am I just doing something wrong.

Do I need to use mknod to create a place for the other 7 partitions to show up? How would I do that?

Thanks,

Michael
