Hi, I'm new to Gentoo and linux in general. I have PowerBook G3 Bronze Keyboard (Lombard) 333MHz.

I tried to install Gentoo from LiveCD 2004.2 (kernel-2.6.7) and at the second try I'm already able to boot from the installed partition, except the keyboard is not working. When I get the prompt, I can't type in anything. I have to reset the machine and boot from the LiveCD to get it back working and make any config changes.

Does anybody have a clue as to what I need to do to make the keyboard working? I can post my config files here, if necessary.

Thanks for any ideas in advance.

Paul

you must enable ADB support in your kernel. I dont remember where it is, but it is in a menu called "Apple Device drivers" or somesuch
