Hi,

The new version of xorg-x11 for ppc became available this
morning for me. I therefore emerged it.
The compilation wnet without any obvious problem however
the merge failed while in progress:
Code:

So I probably have half an install of this new version of xorg.
Anyone else has problem with this release?
A few info about my system:

If there is more problem and no obvious solution I'll probably
open a bug (none is open for this version of xorg as of yet).

Cheers,
Francois

It is not a problem specific to ppc I have the exact same
problem on x86 with xorg-x11-6.8.0-r3....
Probably a portage problem or a bad patch.
I continue this thread in the Desktop environment forum

In case anyone's wondering, the linked thread above solves the problem.
