Try holding 'c' down during the boot sequence to boot from the CD.

How did you burn the CD Image? Hopefully as an Disk Image.
Hold down the "c" key as suggested, also you can hold down the option button, then chose the CD-Rom drive.

But holding the 'c' key should do it.

UPDATE:

OK i can delete every partition except /dev/hda1 (which you can't delete) So then i create the default partitions that are in gentoo handbook and I save patition table. Then i go to create the filesystem and it says. /dev/hda4 not created or not there. When i go back into mac-fdisk /dev/hda. All the partitions are created and there. So i go back and try to create the filesystem and Same error comes up.

What do i do?

Are you typing 'w' before quitting mac-fdisk? This actually writes out your new partition map you just created with 'C' etc.
mkfs.ext3 or mkreiserfs /dev/hda4 will do the trick.
Perhaps rebooting is necessary, although I've never needed to reboot first.

Print out your partition map if you can
