pavelschuko,

There are lots of things that can cause this.
We need the exact error message, if you get one to work out what to advise you to do.

there only one mistake "can't load devfsd" but it doesn't influence on booting

but when the boot process approach to "Start Local ..." nothing happens

it doesn't freeze 'cause I can type but nothing happens after it.

if you have some ideas about it i will be glad to see them

pavelschuko,

You have missed the mount devfs at boot option in yor kernel. There is a fix which avoids the kernel rebuild though.
Add
Quote:
gentoo=noudev
to your kernel line in grub.conf.

Boot the liveCD and mount your boot partition on /mnt/gentoo
Use nano to edit /mnt/gentoo/grub/grub.conf

check your fstab for anything wierd being mounted to /dev
start local stops because the system can't find the tty device in /dev to start a terminal...

thanks
the problem doesn't exist yet
I've add "gentoo=nodevfs" in grub options
and exclude "Boot devfs on boot" option from kernel
It works
