I am not new to Linux, but I am new to Gentoo. I am starting a stage 2 install. My WinXP install is set up on RAID 1 and I want to install Gentoo on a separate HD. My question is this, Is there anything special I need to o to configure grub so the dual boot will work?

All the info is in the install documents on gentoo.org. In the bootloader config section it will show you an example of how to set it up.
