I'm tying to emerge amsn, but I have this error, although I already have Imlib 1.9.14-r3, but I have this error

Okay, when I emerged Imlib 1.9.14-r3, I emerged it from the Package, and now I'm trying to emerge the source and compile it, while compiling I have this Error:
