Hi
I need to install a program but it's not in the portage tree (even if I set globally ACCEPT_KEYWORDS=~x86). So, do I need to compile and install it by the "classical" way or there is some another (better) way - for example creating ebuild and installing it via emerge or something like that? It would be better to have a possibility to uninstall it and so on...

You will probably want to look into writing an ebuild for it. This thread should help you get started: https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-184990.html

I'll consider this a duplicate thread. Moved to dups.
