Hi, while trying to emerge mod_php I got this error

Code:
grep: /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.3.4/libstdc++.la: No such file or directory
/bin/sed: can't read /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.3.4/libstdc++.la: No such file or directory                                                                              libtool: link: `/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.3.4/libstdc++.la' is not a valid libtool archive
make: *** [libphp4.la] Error 1                                                                                                                                                     make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
libtool: link: cannot find the library `/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.3.4/libstdc++.la'
make: *** [sapi/cli/php] Error 1

....I solved this by doing...

Code:
ln -s /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.3.5-20050130 /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.3.4

...and it works, but I'm not sure if this is good.... I wonder if it is gcc-3.3.5 itself, somehow misconfigured... I rather guess it's a mod_php thing, since I didn't have this problem with gcc-3.3.5 and other programs, but wanted to ask :)

{edit}
sorry only now I've read this sticky: https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-278673.html ... so I deleted the symlink I made (see above), remerged libtool, ran "fix_libtool_files.sh 3.3.4"... and now I wonder if I should remerge mod_php and php :) ...

Not a bad idea.
