make: *** [all] Error 2

!!! emake failed
!!! If you need support, post the topmost build error, NOT this status message.

I`m using the latest stable version of gcc. What could be the cause?

thx, in advance

It is a known bug.

There are some work-a-rounds at https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85432 :?

I just ran into the same problem today while updating my system. I would have thought this would be fixed by now. Anyway, for those who don't want to read through the bug report, the work around is adding USE="-quicktime" to your emerge command.
