The new XFCE window manager supports xorg 6.8.0 compositing and has a composite extension available. I'd like to try it out but am unsure just how to do it. From the XFCE docs, I see that to use this, xfwm4 must be compiled with the --enable-compositor option.

How do I enable this option when emerging xfce4?

As far as I can tell, the line
Code:
XFCE_CONFIG="--enable-randr --enable-compositor"

in the xfwm4-4.2.x ebuilds should already take care of it.
