I installed lots of apps to find wich fits more my needs, and now my system is too
full.
I would need to have a command to check:
1) if some other package needs the package I specify as argument.
(same as unmerging and then do emerge -puD world)

2) if some other package will need to rebuild without some library dependancy
(same as unmerging and then doin revdep rebuild)

Does something similar exists? (some app/command to check these things
WITHOUT unmerging the package....)

See if this https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-260866-highlight-unclepine.html is what you need. Have fun.

It's been deprecated for a long time now. I think equery is replacing it... I don't even have that command anymore.

Yah, I don't even think qpkg is in the most current gentoolkit at all....
