Hi

all I used for programming and scripting before was vim - now I'm breaking into c++ understanding that sometimes there has to be more than one file of code ;)
I tried out scite which is a quite good editor but it doesn't support projects containing multiple files (correct me if I'm wrong!)
So I'm searching for a good ide that's - if possible - fast and lightweight (I don't need a VisualStudio, which I found is crap since there is a .NET in the name...)

I wonder if there is any ide/editor that supports not only autocompletion but showing me interfaces, member functions, etc in a popup or whatever...
Like typing string. [empty() / size() / ...]
This might be for lazy people only but who says I'm not ;)

I currently looking over the dev-util category of portage but I hope some of you can show me his or her favorite editor/ide/whatever.

p.s. reason why I like scite - I'm using enlightenment without gome/kde - e.g. dependencies of anjuta are awful :(
