Hello,

I run a local rsync mirror for my servers. They're all pretty much setup the same way and I try to keep them pretty up to date.

A week and half ago one of my server's /var partition got full, and a cronned emerge sync failed. I cleaned up the partition, emerged sync manually and all was fine.

The problem is that ever since when I check if something needs updating it keeps on telling me:

emerge -puv --deep world

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

Calculating world dependencies ...done!

Total size of downloads: 0 kB

I know for a fact that today all my other servers updated at least vixie-cron, except this one.
I deleted /usr/portage/metadata/cache and all the timestamp file did a sync and I still get the same result :-(

What should I do?
Thanks for your help!

Maybe it's the old GF16: Corrupt or empty world file, what do I do? problem?

Edit: Moved to dups.
