Does it appens only to me or is it a kde bug?

How did you install the first 27 packages?

I can't install kdebase. It just stucks at compiling and this is after emerging many libraries and other stuff. In the beginning I got something like ypur error but reffering to some libraries.

Any ideas?

I have no problems installing other packages...

That give me an error are:
kde-base/artsplugin-mpg123-3.4.1
ffmpeg

ffmpeg give mi errors also under amd64, so i think it's a program bug...

I have experienced the exact same problem. I think the important part is this message about ppc being an invlaid argument to -mcpu.

common.c:1: error: bad value (ppc) for -mcpu= switch

My bug was kicked out invalid...

It appears you have to set -mcpu=<whatever> in /etc/make.conf or this will fail.

I set mine to -mcpu=7450 on a mac-mini.

I reopened it because it's a valid bug, KDE team wasn't looking very carfuly. The configure script seems to fill in an invalid mcpu string when it's not present. :p I'll look at it more closely tomorrow and see if I can come up with a patch.

In my make.conf file I wrote
Code:
CFLAGS="-O2 -mtune=powerpc -pipe"
as written on the gentoo handbook.
Is this variable that cause the problem?
Teorically -mtune set a group of variables, as -mcpu or others...
Am I not right?

That's fine, you did it right. It was the kde plugin that was at fault.
